Pathetic service

I visited the McDonald's Raisethorpe in Pmb today at 15.30. I wanted to claim from my app. So I join the very busy line...in the line there was no signage whatsoever. Get to the ordering station and the waitress says she can't do the app redeem because "ey the system is not right, it's off" and there's a sign at the ordering station, which by the way is only at the window. So I ask her at the till why is there no signage because we waste all that fuel only to come to the front and be told we can't order. The sign said "cash only because card payment out of order". So I tell her that doesn't say anything, she laughs at me saying haha oh it's the same thing how it's very similar. Almost the same. Get to the window and she closes the window on my face and hides. I did take a Pic. I waited a bit but she refused to come to the window to even talk to me. As soon as I left she came to the next car. So I went to the pick up window spoke to the manager gugu, she says oh I'll sort it out don't worry. This is ridiculous. I mean is that how you treat your customers? Some signage is required!!
