Pathetic service at verulam mcdonalds

It's a pity that my family loves mcdonalds but the experience that we get from the verulam branch is horrible we first ordered instead of giving us sprite they gave my pregnant wife soda who spewe'd everything out on approaching the management about it she did absolutely nothing about it next visit they never put fries in my order is left ito cost me more petrol to get there next visit instead of giving us coke zero they gave us coke what if it was for a diabetic person they service is horrible it's not worth having a branch in verulam cos we the residents need to go to another branch for service..horrible
