Pathetic service at McDonald's Alex Mall

I don't understand why is it so Okay for certain areas like Alex Mall McDonald's to be so *********** as if the money I pay for food at McDonald's Rosebank is different from the one I pay in Alex Mall. Please tell me why I had to wait at McDonald's Alex for 30 minutes just for breakfast while the entire staff is in the kitchen having a jol, so loud chatting and laughing at God knows what. While no one comes to either give me my food or tell me why a mere breakfast takes over 30 minutes, only at this McDonald's. This is not right, can we treat one another with respect, the way we do with other races
