PATHETIC SERVICE AT MC DONALD'S WESTGATE MALL, MITCHELLS PLAIN

Order is always wrong. Sent a complaint to their email address a month ago, no response and no improvement in their services as well. Personally spoke to the store manager (who was very unsympathetic) to inform her that she needs to ensure staff is preparing food correctly. I am disgusted in the poor customer service and food prepared. Nothing comes from the complaints as the Managers just ignore you and make it seem as if you in the wrong.
