Pathetic service at Mc Donald’s Linton Grange, Port Elizabeth.

I am absolutely appalled and dismayed at the service I received by a girl named Ziyanda Masimini at Mc Donald’s Linton Grange in Port Elizabeth. I believe I approached her in a kind manner, greeted her well to which I received a rude response. I specifically asked her to do a split payment to which she responded rudely and sarcastically to my request, she adamantly signalled that she will not do it and repeatedly gave me the card machine to pay the R165. Ziyanda should either not be at esteemed establishment such as Mc Donald’s or she must face consequences for the way in which she treats people. I would think that the one thing Mc Donald’s stands for is an excellent standard of customer service and attitude. My appetite for my meal completely vanished after this ordeal.
