Pathetic service and *********** staff

I have received the worst services ever from McDonalds's Roodepoort ordering online.<br> I have complained more than 15 times in the past 3 months and on occations also contacted the store manager on her cellphone to complain about the service and staff.<br> <br> Most orders take 2 to 3 hours to be delivered.<br> When calling the store the *********** lady answering the phone takes now details, tells me to hold then drops the call. When calling back she uhm uhm uhms on the phone and can't tell me where my order is, when asking her whether she needs my details she says no and then can't tell my where my order is. When telling her that it has been dispatched 30 min ago (I am only 5min away) she then asks for my details and once again tells me that she can't tell me where it is. <br> <br> A previous time the lady answering the phone informed me 2 hours after I placed my order that they do not have drivers and that it will take another hour to be delivered.<br> I honestly think they should not advertise that they do deliveries when they clearly can't fulfill the service.<br> I used to be a very loyal client as I absolutely love McDonald's but I will no longer be supporting this store!!!
