Pathetic service and everything

I visited Mcdonalds in Rosebank this morning. Ordered a Chickne Mc****in meal. I was told at the drive through that they were out of coffee and asked if I would prefer an orange juice for my meal. I accepted. When I go to pay, I am charged extra, something the lady failed to mention to me at the order terminal. <br> I proceeded to go into the take away. When I walked in, low and behold, there stands a pot of coffee. Somebody in the line was also getting coffee. The meal comes with coffee but I was told no coffee even though somebody else was getting it. What ****ed me off more, is when I asked about it, got attitude. Even the other customers were shocked and one man asked why such poor service. I asked to get just the mc****in and my money back for the juice and meal. Had to wait 10 minutes, without being told anything. when I got the meal eventually, the manager had no explanations or even apology for me. I left and went on my way, down the road open the mc****in, and find white slime in it. Disgusting that something like this would happen at such a well known franchise. Called the customer care line, and it was closed. only open during office hours. <br> <br> Cannot believe this still
