Pathetic service and don’t care attitude of Manager and staff

<p>I waited over 15 minutes, just to be served a piece of carrot cake to take away.</p> <p>There was only one person serving without a name tag, so I asked her name and she said it was Nozipho. I then asked for the manager, a man without a name tag came out and said that he is the manager, I asked him what his name is and he said it is Zakhile. I explained to him what happened and said that I am going to put it on the social networks. He said that I can go ahead and put it on.</p> <p> Is the standard of McDonalds dropping as staff has a disgusting attitude and don’t find the need to display their name tags</p>
