Pathetic Service and Derogatory Remarks

I went to McDonald's in Midrand Grand Central to buy among others a happy meal. Upon collection, i was given a wrong drink instead of a coke. when i returned it, the guy passed derogatory remarks to his colleague about me and said customers are trouble and he later realised he got the order wrong. He never bothered to apologies. I was further given a girly toy and i told them its a boy, and i was confronted again with arrogance and i was told how they only have girl toys. I honestly don't take kindly to bad service, especially when it cost me. Why was i not told in the first place that there are only girl toys when i was placing an order? Is that how this guys are trained to speak to us? I am disappointed really and i ended up not taking the toy that i paid for as it served no purpose. This absurd to say the least.
