Pathetic service

Been trying for almost 2 month to get my money back!! Pathetic!! Paid with my card, declined two times and third time it was successful. The two times it declined the money went off from my account. Since the 5th of feb until now they have been useless in helping me, took the bank statements to macdonald in Springs Mall 2 times, went and did a follow up 5 times to no avail!!! Never ever have I seen this kind of service...Macdonald's I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
