Pathetic service!!!

I just went past McDonald's south BP by beyers, I redeemed a meal of Mc feast that comes with Mc flurry, paid through drive through on picking the food up they gave me the drink and burger I left, I reached the office I realized they didn't give me my mcflurry, I'm 21km away from the restaurant, I decide let me settle in eat the burger I'll make a call to them, the burger is old and stale, I decide let me call them to make them aware, the number does not exist, what's happening with McDonald's? Am I supposed to eat stale burger on top of that they failed to give me my right order, no mcflurry and to show they didn't include it on my order they just went like thank u after I took the order. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I'M NEVER BUYING MCDONALD'S EVER!! ****Y SERVICE
