Pathetic service

i placed an order at 16:31 del would been between 17:10 and 17:20 at one stadge the delivery status changed to deliverd i questioned it by email and the status changed to in progress by 18:45 i called the cust care line and they said the driver just left the store i said it is absolute nonsens as the driver called and said he is standing outside a baidge house when the manager finaly said that se would get hold of the branch they informed me that we are out of range i asked them for a immediate refund and they said it would take about 7 days for the refund services absolute pathetic from branch to head office
