Pathetic service

I was very disappointed this morning used drive through McDonald's in veralum. I bought breakfast after 22 minutes of waiting and with no explanation we asked them what is happening not even one of them attended us to explain why there is a delay. And how long we gonna wait we ended up leaving our breakfast. The look they gave us it like we are mad. I was not expecting that service from McDonald's
