PATHETIC SERVICE........

I went to McDonald Friday night and when we get there we were told to place our order on self- service machine which we tried and struggled and we then call the waitress to come and assist and they were both at the till with another customer that was complaining and he was told to step aside so that they can assists another customers, like REALLY they *** he is not happy with the service instead of helping him he is told to step aside, after some time they came to assist and our order came and it was just terrible, my chicken folder was dry you could tell that whoever was preparing it was just doing it just to get rid of us,this is not the first time I experienced this kind of behavior from McDonald Newtown, Can you guys address this matter sooner because this is totally unacceptable we are paying with our money to be treated like we are nothing and take them to training of how to treat customer.
