Pathetic Service

Very irritated with your lack of customer service. We complained about an order at Somerset West as there was missing items, food was cold and the drinks could have been tap water with sugar. Chips was stale and I am sure it was still from the mornings batch.

Got a call from your customer service told us they will refund the order and got an sms stating that the query has been resolved. That was a week ago. Still no feedback as I complained again. No feedback, no refund nothing.

Your order system is **** as you make use of 3rd party and cannot communicate with the driver on your app.

Pathetic...wasting money like this.
