Pathetic service

I would like to complain about the McDonald’s from Plattekloof the service is disgusting!!!! I ordered via Mr Delivery at 15:53 the order was successfully placed fast forward to 17:20 the useless driver couldn’t call to inform us that he has a breakdown until we had to call him how revolting!!! we called the the store the store at 17:27 spoke to some disrespectful lady who has the nerve to tell us that the order has just been sent out???? *** like really??? She then has the nerve to ignore me & carries on talking to every atom **** & Harry she’s talking to in the background....2 hours later we need to call Mr Delivery which HELPED us because they know what customer service is unlike your franchise in Plattekloof who don’t know what customer service is and is RUDE we had to cancel the order & reorder again through N1 city & ask for a refund because your franchise is PATHETIC!!!
