Pathetic service

On the 13th of Jan I went to McDonald’s Maponya and I was arrived by some lady who had traditional beats and her service was pathetic it was like am not a paying customer, I went there to buy ice cream and she didn’t look at me it was like she didn’t want to serve me. She didn’t even give us a tissue and was less interested in serving me. Now my question is do you teach your staff the importance of customer service???
