Pathetic Service

Yesterday 03/12/2023 I was at Maponya Mall McDonald. I ordered a plain ice cream @11H57 of which I got it after 35 minutes. I ask the cashier how long is it going to take for my order to be completed, she said its just in less that 5 minutes. Well I went out with a hope that I will come back and take my order. When I come back I gave my slip to the lady in collections that told me She didn't call for my order yet, well I waited and I can see my order is kept there. I kept waiting and she was servicing the other clients and I can see that the numbers she's calling are new numbers compared to mine. And after a 20 minutes of waiting she then ask for my slip and she went and take the very same Ice cream that was kept on the waiting order Ile. My Ice cream has melted it was a juice, she just gave me a s**** no savete cup was dripping of ice water .I collected my order @ 12H37. I didn't have her name as she was not wearing her name tag.
