Pathetic service!!!

If there was a way I could rate 0 stars I would, I went to McDonalds in Rosebank on Glenhove and initially ordered Boerie breakfast Bun at 0****, they said they have chicken only and I ordered chicken meals which they said would only take 5 minutes, 20 minutes down the line I am waiting for my order, I ended up opting for a refund, for another 10 minutes, the staff's service is pathetic and ****ty, they have no value for customers and nonchalant when you ask about your order 0/10
