PATHETIC service

So we just went to one of your Macd's in Boskruin, we ordered x1 Md BigMac and 1Larg bigmac, order number1832 on drive through, when we got home the burgers looked all the same, same size and sauces, no soviets' and when we called to complain on the number *** we spoke to Kgomotso and the lady was so impatient and did not even want to listen to what we were complaining about, she just said the big mac and the medium size are all the same and the same is the same as well, your service is so pathetic and so disappointing, is this the service you guys offer, i am really disappointed about this kind of service and honestly didn't expect this from MACD, my contact number is *** and hopefully this can be sorted out now because we are really staving,
