Pathetic service

Very disappointed in the new Mcdonalds in Heugh road Port Elizabeth. Placed an order instore and waited for 45 mins to receive the order. They even left out one coke with the order. When complaining to the Manager she indicated the staff is new and they lost the slip. She just said sorry they are understaffed. The current staff needs to be trained in customer service because they have none sies. Never again very disappointed never expected this from Mcdonalds
