Pathetic service!!!

McDonalds Monavoni has got to be the most useless branch in the whole of Centurion. Everytime we visit the branch theres a long queue because the staff is so slow! Theres a minimum wait of 45minutes on a busy day. Secondly their scanners are never working and we can therefore never redeem any of the vouchers from the McDonalds app. You can never get any numbers for an area manager to even complain about anything. It would be beneficial to the owner if he checks up on the performance of his branch instead of just sitting and counting the profits hes making!!!!
