Pathetic service

<p>After a long hot day my friend and I decided to stop by Mc D in Bela Bela to get something cold to cool us down and we went in to get Mc Flurry (My favourite) and Sundae</p> <p> </p> <p>According to the time on t he receipt we made the order at 16:40:21 but only receved our order after more than 10 people made and received their orders whichh mostly were burgers.</p> <p> </p> <p>After asking whether tey had forgotten about our order one lady who did not even have a hat on (for health reasons) ust went on busy withh orders that came after us and I thought to myself why does she not have her hair covered like the rest of the guys. (I took pictures)</p> <p> </p> <p>about 15-20 minutes later we were still waiting and that is when I started taking a video of the store and boy oh boy everyone was just all over the place and finally I asked the cashier when we gonna have our order and some one from the back just came with 2 ice cream cones and screamed "2 ice cream cones" who ordered that? don't you check your orders ?</p> <p> </p> <p>after another 5 minutes they come to us and ask what we ordered? like really? we tell them and now they arguing and going all over the place with our order, no apology nothing..</p> <p> </p> <p>so for mc flurry and a sundae we waited for 30 minutes? who knows maybe the 2 ice cream cones were put in our containers after he moved around with them and who knows, maybe the lady's hair fell in there as well.</p> <p> </p>
