Pathetic service!!

I am loyal customer, who buys my breakfast at the McDonald’s in Wilropark, at least thrice a week. I received a burnt meal and logged a complaint online... to date nobody has contacted me. This is absolutely unacceptable and very pathetic service! The service has deteriorated tremendously within the last 6 months! They need to jack up the service!
