Pathetic service

I am very disappointed as I ordered food from McDonald’s today but I received the wrong slip and my food was missing... 1 chicken folder meal & 1 premium spicy chicken burger meal. I called @ 20h24 and spoke to George who promise me to speak to his manager and get back to me but it never happened... I called back @ 22h49 and spoke to a lady and she said she can see my order but she has no riders to deliver my food. This is pathetic service as it was McDonald’s fault and they didn’t have the decency to call me back as I have family members that didn’t eat supper
