Pathetic service

Pathetic service always at McDonald's craighall, we always support this establishment but the staff there seem very unhappy and as if they are doing the customers a favor. We have seen ************** right in front of our eyes, the respect that is given to black customers is deliberate and very condescending. I have overlooked this kind of behavior too many times but I refuse to accept it. Please teach your staff how to smile and have the same respect for all colors. I literally had to beg for assistance while others arriving after me are being served before me. I was told I'd rather use the drive through when I complained. Their card machines are always not working. We waited almost 25 minutes for our food. The staff is tarnishing your brand, please urgently do something about it. I have also seen many vehicles drive into and immediately out as drive through opens at 7am!but this branch opens around 7:10am. This is johannesburg everyone is in a hurry and have places to go to. We don't have time to sit around and wait for a useless staff to remove the crates from drive through gates and give you daggers while doing so.
