Pathetic service

McDonald’s Standerton services is pathetic. Out of 7 days I utilise the drive-thru for 4 days in the morning between 05h30 and 06h00. If I’m not being helped by the security there, staff is being rude and they have this attitude which I do not understand. Today 03 March 2023 I made my order and paid at 05h58. When I went to make payment I don’t know how much I had to pay, when I asked the cashier (Mlamuli) answered looking away from me so I couldn’t hear him. Moving on to the collection window I was given problems over not wanting to go park and wait for my order, mind you the car in front of me waited by the window. The cashier (Mlamuli) came to tell me that my drinks will have to change cause their milkshake machine isn’t working. Nonetheless we changed our drinks. My problem - the two people who ordered after me in the drive-thru were help, they were given their food whilst I was waiting by the window. When I questioned Mlamuli who decided that now it’s good enough to help me he said and I quote “If you order more than two items in the drive-thru those that order leas than you are prioritised”. I asked if this is written black on white by the speaker that we order and he threw my change and food at me (from changing the milkshake to cold drink) and closed the window, this was at 06h18. In a nut shell, from 05h58 till 06h18 I was waiting for my food to be thrown at me and have the window shut in my face. If this is the kind of service I get at McDonald’s, Standerton - rather close it down and we remain without one. One cannot be getting attitude when querying why I’m being skipped when I have also been waiting for my order for over 15 minutes. I would appreciate that this matter be attended to. This treatment is totally unacceptable
