Pathetic service

I've recently order 2 medium meals on the mcdelivery app. When my food came, there was no fries, but the guy who delivered the food insisted that I must pay and that he will be back with my fries in 15 minutes. This has been 2 hours and am very unhappy about the customer service as well as paying for half meals!
