PATHETIC SERVICE

The most pathetic service ever. I ordered online and paid online, just to be informed by McDonald's Waverley that they cannot deliver since all their systems are offline. I phoned their Call Centre to be told that I need to wait 7 days before they will refund me. Absolutely appalled at the service I received from them. Not ever will I do business with McDonald's again. Now I wonder if I am going to ever see my money again. They are *********** and have no integrity.
