Pathetic Service!

I visited the McD on Saturday night the 02/01/2016. Firstly the service was slow, I eventually did get served however when ordering a share box I was told there were no cooldrinks. I didn't mind this, and asked the drinks to be removed from the meal. This was not possible and I was told I need to take juice however this would be charged at an additional cost. Firstly, I cannot understand how McD's lack of planning is my problem or why I need to pay extra for their stupidity in a peak season! Secondly, when I questioned the extra charge I was told I if I don't want to pay for the juice I am more than welcome to leave the entire meal and not purchase anything. Frankly, I think the hired help at this branch fail to understand that I am a paying customer and their salaries are paid when people like me purchase from the branch. I wish I could have the same level of arrogance in my job but unfortunately I need my salary. This is truly disgraceful and service like I received is completely shameful!!!!
