Pathetic Service

Vanderbijlpark McDonald's, at approximately 12 oclock on the 12/01/2019. I experienced the most pathetic service today. It took 45 minutes for my order of 2 mini burgers and 2 Macflurrys. Staff were talking and laughing, not even informing us of anything about the order taking long. The lime Macflurry was not even mixed when we received it. Asked to speak to the manager but he didn't even bother to come and hear what my complaint was. I ordered inside! I am disgusted!!!
