Pathetic service

This place was ridiculous. I bought my food through the drive thru. Upon paying for my food using my card. I was given the wrong slip and told to wait. I was then told to pay again and my money would be reversed. After waiting no one could explain how and when the money would be reversed back. I then took initiative to go back and ask. I was told by the consultant who helped me initially to go speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager who then told me to come with a bankstatement the next day. This is the most hideous thing I've ever seen. So in considerate and not professional. I get to pay twice but McDonald's in Southgate tells me to wait for a day to get my money back and treated like a pathetic ********. Worse service ever.
