pathetic service

The service is pathetic and staff are just lazy. I visited the branch after 7am this morning to get a quick bite. I stood there waiting to order while one of the staff is standing with there back to me well aware that I am waiting to order. He blatantly ignored me walked to the back, came back to the front counter and continued what he was doing. I then said to him can I place an order, he looked at me and turned right back around and continued what he was busy with. I then spotted the manager and asked her whether she can assist her reply to me. The store is still closed, but I'm standing inside the store and I am well aware that they open at 7. So I asked her what time will they then be open. Her reply maybe 7h30. This is pathetic for a manager, I'm surprised the store is still open for business
