pathetic service

<br> Over two weeks ago I logged the below complaint. A consultant called and said that this will be logged and she will revert. To date still no feedback:<br> <br> Good Day,<br> <br> I was a winner of a Mcdonalds Re-Union vouchers and chose to redeem this at the above mentioned branch. When placing the order the manager on duty (George) explained that I do not qualify for the R195 meal as the sms does not contain the R195.00 and only reflects a voucher code. Instead he gave me a meal as per the attached till slip. <br> <br> When I got to the car and read the terms and conditions on the site as below, nowhere was this term stated. Going back into the branch, I explained to him the situation yet again and he failed to correct this order. This is highly unacceptable as management should be well versed on all promotions running and this was clearly not the case. I even displayed the photograph of the meal from the site and this failed to work.<br> This experience was unpleasant and I trust this matter will be attended to.
