Pathetic service

A simple order like 20 chicken nuggets they can't even get right or they can't count ..... after driving 30min home I get home just to realize that there are only 10 nuggets in the box not 20 only 10 .... so between the two of us at home who is going to eat and who is going to watch? And surely you dont expect me to drive 30 min back due to your incompetence ..... I expect to be refunded for my order as I didn't pay for something I didnt get .... pathetic service
