Pathetic service

I placed an order through the app and only to find out an hour after estimated delivery time has passed that my delivery wont be done cause the driver was broken down ,After all that I call the mcdelivery centre and spoke to Tobogo and explained this situation with no help. I did not recieve my order cause after 2 hours of waiting they promised to deliver the order with the branch managers vehicle and still asked me to pay for the order. I have been a regular customer placing orders from this particular branch as well has many other branches that i buy from for my clients.

I'm extremely upset and dissatified with the level i have recieved from both the branch and as well as your call centre ,After not being able to deliver my order.
