Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with McDonald's Louis Botha Ave Norwood. My first order was declined and I have not received any correspondence for the second order. This totally unacceptable and a reflection of bad customer service. Then when I called the store they hung up on me and when I called them back they told me there's nothing they can do and that I need to call Mr Delivery, which I did. I spoke to a consultant from Mr Delivery, Kelly, and she told me that I need to place a new order. I explained to her that what I ordered was from the breakfast menu and that is what I want and nothing else. She responded by telling me that I will just have to order what is currently on the menu. I am appalled.
