Pathetic Service!!!

I wanted to place an order online and yet again the website is not working properly. Next i phoned in to place an order and my food was delivered, when we checked, not all our stuff was delivered. They didnt have stock of a item and without phoning me, they decided what to give me. I phoned customer service and after waiting for almost 15min to get an answer I was told they will phone me back. It is over an hour now and still no call from Mcdonalds.

This is really pathetic service that i am paying money for.
