Pathetic service

First time in my life waiting so long for my meal at McDonalds Ottery in Cape Town. It's been 36 minutes already and we still haven't received our food. My sugar levels feel like it is dropping too low already, but staff couldn't be bothered and just brushing my off after enquiring whether our meal is not ready yet. I do understand that it has just been month end, I do understand that it's holiday time. But then shouldn't McDonalds then be pro-active and make the necessary preparations to handle more customers? This is really frustrating and pathetic. One does not compromise on quality of service. Why not have more staff then in attendance to handle the load. Very disappointed, loyal customer. But not sure if I'm so loyal anymore now. It's now been 45min and still nothing after finishing typing this.
