Pathetic Service

I went to Mcdonalds eureka Elsiesriver store drivethru and placed my order. At the payment window i asked to tap since Mcdonalds have a promotion that if u tap your card to pay you get a free ice cream.Then the cashier informs me that their machine is not working to tap.I asked her if i will then get my free ice cream as per promotion because my intention was to tap my card to pay.Then with a stinking attitude her reply to me was that it is not her problem. I then asked to speak to the manager and she started shouting at the manager to come to the window. I explained to the manager about the promotion and what happened.Without any apology her response to me was that i need to come in store to tap. I explained to her that the promotion does not say in store or drive thru to which she just rep**** i will not get a free ice cream because their machine is not working.My complaint is not about the fact that i did not get a free ice cream but the pathetic service i recieved from the cashier as well as the Manager.As a paying customer i was absolutely disgusted by the way i was treated.
