Pathetic Service

I have had Pathetic service from store on more than one occasion either the delivery is late or the order is in correct or they forgot something.<br> I placed a delivery order for ice creams at 14:45 and at 15:25 still it has not been delivered i messaged the manager and he got someone to call me who tells me no your order should be by you so i told him its not he said he will follow up and cuts the call on me, gave no name nothing, had no response back, i am 5 minutes or so away from them, the manager i speak to normally helps me out but so many complaints i think head office needs to sort something out with them almost an hour for ice cream delivery, and rude staff its really pathetic for a major restaurant chain to behave so poorly. I really hope major action is taken upon the store which will wake them up to better service and customer satisfaction. its now 15:30 and that's the latest estimated delivery time on the app they provide and still no one is here.
