pathetic service

after seeing the new delivery service at McDonald`s, i decided to try it out , never did i think that this would result in such poor service.<br> <br> i registered my account online and then called the call center to place an order as the area( Auckland park) i was in did not pick up. i also placed my order with the agent on the telephone who was very helpful. this was done at 11h58 and i was told that my order will be delivered in 90mins. which was a bit shocking as McDonald`s is known for its quick service. <br> <br> at 14h05 the delivery guy finally arrived which was not only 37 minutes longer but also without the correct order. he then had to return to the store and collect the rest of my order. this was highly frustrating. <br> <br> the lack of customer service received by McDonald`s was shocking. if you are not interested in having orders delivered on time and double checking orders before they leave the store why even bother to do deliveries.<br> <br> order: *** Mcdonald`s Braamfontein
