Pathetic Service

I went to McDonalds Maponya Mall last night around 7-8pm bought a Happy Meal then few minutes later bought ice cream , two plain Sundae's and one Oreo McFlurry ... I was assisted by a lady named Dineo while I waited about 10-15min for the ice cream I got a call and told the person who called me that I've been at McD awaiting ice cream for long while people who came after me buying burger meals were assisted before me. Dineo (who was serving) overheard me on the phone while another customer has just complained that the service is too slow , She (Dineo) then said to her other colleague \these customers when one complains they will all complain"I asked her why does she say that as that was disrespectful she further gave me attitude and said \""it's true you all complain after one person has complained. This was pathetic service that will make McDonalds Maponya mall to have a bad reputation simply because of one person who can't give exceptional customer service and that's unacceptable!"""
