Pathetic service

Mcdonalds phoenix plaza in durban is useless...the staff are unfriendly and rogues they used my coupons from my app and told me i cant the meal or ice cream as it does not apply to online couponds in the phoenix plaza store its only other countries as well as my friends that went there was allowed to use their coupons from the app.The staff are all black and they ******.once the person who served me gave me my meal without ketchup and the burger had no sauce when i asked for them to recridy she screamed in abrupt tone and told me they cant do that and the meal has enough sauce she even made me open the burger apart to ahow her there is no sauce in it she still disnt want to rectify it
