Pathetic service

I have ordered twice online on separate occasions from the mcdonalds app and have not received my orders paid online and everything. Not even a word or any communication from the store as to what the problem is. You can call the branch nobody even bothers to pick up the phone or even attempt to get back to their customers. It's really disappointing. I have laid a complaint on their website and no communication has been made.
