Pathetic Service

Today (27/04/23) we went to McDonald's Umhlanga, and it was the most pathetic service I have ever received. We placed our order at the self service @ 11:06. We waited patiently for our order number to be called. while waiting there were several other patrons who had already been there before us but had not received their orders as yet and they were already ****ed on for being kept waiting. at this point there were about 20 to 30 people all standing at the collections waiting for their food. After 30 minutes or so my husband joined this queue, and he just like everyone else he was ignored. while in this queue, there were staff that were being rude and arrogant to customers. it took another 15 minutes for the manager to inquire our order number, only to find that the order was already packed and was sitting on the counter and no one bothered to call out the order number. due to having waited an hour and how busy it was, we took our food and left however when i checked we discovered that they had not added fries to our order which we paid for.

we know that it is a public holiday, but the staff and the manager had a don't care attitude this morning towards customers. the staff and the manager had no interest in doing their job and all of them were dragging their feet.
