pathetic service

<p>I ordered from Mc Donalds blue hills this week and it took the branch 2 hours to bring the order through, I ordered on Wednesday. The app doesn't allow any other branch except blue hills in Midrand.</p> <p> </p> <p>I kept calling the branch to find out whats going on and they always give me the pathetic excuse of only having 1 driver available, the food comes to me cold and the driver forgot 4 coffees then took another hour to bring 3 coffees to me and at that point I was extremely irritated that I just told him to leave. </p> <p>Last week I placed an order for meals with ice cream and that too was melted and cold...this is honestly ridiculous. As per the 'assistant manager' she keeps saying that she'll escalate it yet no-one has called so far. </p> <p>seriously pathetic</p>
