Pathetic Service

<p>I placed my order on the McDonald's website for delivery at the Campus in Bryanston at 11:45, the estimated time of delivery given to me was 12.30-12.45, my order only arrived at 13.30, i received a mail at 12.51 that my order is in transit, i understand that there could have been traffic, i receive my order all messed up, the burger was upside down in the box, that when i opened it, it was all messy, all the chips was out the box and lying inside the packet, why bother putting it in a box if its just thrown into the packet, so pathetically served and delivered, the lettuce had brown spots on them, the only thing that was good about this meal was the tomato, i was already so annoyed by the long waiting period that i lost my appetite and what made it worse was the way the food was presented and came to me. we pay for this food, you'll are not giving us for free. Being such a big franchise the service level is pathetic and i will make sure to share my story on hello peter and social networks. I trust that you will treat this matter accordingly and make sure this does not happen to another customer. Regards
