pathetic service

MC Donalds @ Woodlands Boulevard's service is pathetic. Actually the walk in service is non existant ... workers don't acknowledge the presence of customers at the counter and only serve drive through customers. When we asked to see the manager but we were offered numerous conflicting excuses and left without seeing the manager
