Pathetic Service

<p>Placed a telephonic order with the call centre at 19:52, called at 20:44 to follow up as no delivery had taken place. The call centre confirmed telephonically with the Karen Park branch that the driver has left with the order. Called the store directly at 20:50, the manager on duty advises that he has tried to contact me to advise me that they do not have Mc Chicken patties in stock! My phone has been with me all the time, no call was received and I was able to make calls. Who is then lying as according to the call centre the branch confirmed that the order has left the store, according to the branch they dont have stock!?!?!?! Pathetic Service. I cancelled the order.</p>
